WRF creates sounds like not many out there, and each release holds it's own fingerprint, but this one is particularly special in it's more still and minimal nature. Some of this reminds me of Johann Johannsson's finest soundtracks (in particular Movement II) but all of it is pure beauty, and light with interspersed shadows to keep it interesting and multilayered just as the clouds drift overhead and block out the sun for a moment, the rays will beam down again as soon as the shadow passes. Quietly intense, dense, and claustrophobic - yet offset by its relentlessly hypnotic nature and tactile, bubbling textures. You'll get the bends, but you won't mind. A glorious mix of Night That Thunders by Rapoon and Fishy by Mookoid, this is THE must-have album for your bathysphere. Recommended. 400 Lonely Things

Do you plan to go on a tribal journey to the edge of consciousness? This rhythmic ceremony with incredible sound design is narrative like a Dionysian ritual and full of ghosts like a forest. alapastel

Like you walked into the club just after taking some really strong psychoactives. Settled into a plush velvet couch, at first you're just digging the swinging band, and before you know it you've been staring at your hand for 20 minutes and trying to remember where you are. padredre
